Which vehicles are available for business travel?
Standard saloons and estates for everyday trips, the executive saloon for senior staff and clients, and the executive minivan for small teams.

- Executive minivan: a Mercedes V-Class or similar, seating 6 with 6 large cases.

Can you meet our clients at the airport?
Yes. The driver waits inside the arrivals hall with a sign showing the guest’s name, or your company name if you prefer.
Book in the guest’s name with their flight number. We track the flight, so a delay is covered, and the driver takes them straight to your office, hotel or meeting venue. You receive the booking confirmation, so you know it is in hand. Our meet and greet guide has more detail.
Can we book transfers for several people at once?
Yes. Send us the names, flight details and destinations, and we will arrange the cars.
For conferences, training courses, product launches and board meetings, we can meet arrivals at different terminals and airports across the day and bring them to the same venue. Larger groups can travel together in a minivan or minibus, with executive cars for senior guests.
Do you work 24 hours a day?
Yes. Early-morning departures, late arrivals and weekend travel are all covered at the same fixed fares.
Business schedules rarely fit office hours. A 5am pickup for a first-wave flight from London City, or a midnight arrival into Heathrow from the US, costs the same as a daytime trip.

Are your drivers suitable for business clients?
Yes. All drivers are licensed private hire drivers, insured and DBS-checked, and for executive bookings they dress smartly and keep the journey quiet and discreet.
Drivers help with luggage, hold doors, and are happy to keep conversation to a minimum so passengers can work or take calls. If you have specific requirements, such as a particular name sign format, tell us when booking.
What happens if a business traveller’s flight changes?
For pickups, we track the flight automatically. For other changes, call or WhatsApp us and we will move the booking.
Business trips change often, with meetings running over, earlier flights and cancelled connections. One message updates the pickup time or address, and we confirm the new arrangements. If a flight is diverted to another airport, tell us and we will see what we can do.
Can executives connect between airports?

How do you support a company’s duty of care?
By using licensed, insured and DBS-checked drivers, tracking flights, and confirming each booking in writing.
For staff travelling late at night or arriving alone, a pre-booked car with a named driver waiting in arrivals is safer than looking for transport on arrival. Booking confirmations give you a record of each journey.
Can I get a receipt for expenses?
Yes. Ask when you book and we will make sure you get what you need for your expense claim.

London City is quickest for European business trips from the City and Canary Wharf. Heathrow is best for long-haul flights.
From Canary Wharf, London City is only a 10 to 15-minute drive, and check-in closes late, so it suits day trips. Heathrow has the widest choice of long-haul routes.
