Esskay Cars runs an airport chauffeur service for travellers who want more than a standard taxi. You get an executive car, a smartly dressed driver who meets you inside arrivals, and a fixed fare agreed before you travel. We drive to and from Heathrow, Gatwick, Stansted, Luton and London City. Our base is on Bell Street in Reigate, and we cover London, Surrey, Sussex, Kent and the wider South East.
Our chauffeur bookings come from business travellers heading to meetings and companies collecting clients or visiting staff. We also drive families who want a calm start to a holiday, and couples travelling to weddings and special events. The aim is simple: a clean, comfortable car, a driver who is there before you are, and no surprises on the price.

The executive saloon suits one to three people and gives the most comfortable ride for business trips. The executive minivan seats six in individual seats with plenty of legroom and space for six large cases. It is popular with families, small business teams and groups of friends heading off together. For larger groups, we also run 8-seater minivans and 12 and 16-seater minibuses.

What the chauffeur service includes
- Meet and greet: your chauffeur waits inside the arrivals hall with a name sign. This can be your name, a company name or a discreet surname-only board.
- Flight tracking: we follow your flight, so the pickup moves with an early or late landing at no extra cost.
- Help with luggage: from the arrivals hall to the car, and from the car to the departures kerb.
- Fixed fares: agreed at booking, with airport charges already included. There is no meter and no surge pricing.
- 24 hours a day: early-morning departures and late-night arrivals at the same price.
Business and corporate travel
For business travellers, the car is often the only quiet time in a busy day. The executive saloon gives you space to take calls, read papers or simply rest between a flight and a meeting. Popular business runs include Heathrow to the City and Canary Wharf, and Gatwick to the business parks around Crawley, Reigate and Redhill. We also drive between airports for executives with connections.
If you book regular trips, let us know, and we will try to send the same driver each time. Companies collecting visiting clients can book under the guest’s name, and the driver will look for them in arrivals.
Stansted chauffeur transfers
Stansted is the furthest London airport from our base, and the drive up the M11 is long enough that comfort makes a real difference. An executive saloon from Gatwick to Stansted is £145, and an executive minivan is £194. For pickups from London, Essex or Hertfordshire, put your address in the booking form for a fixed price. Heathrow and Gatwick chauffeurs
Most of our chauffeur work is to and from Heathrow and Gatwick. At Heathrow, your chauffeur meets you in the arrivals hall of Terminal 2, 3, 4 or 5. At Gatwick, they wait in the arrivals area of the North or South Terminal. Our chauffeurs
All Esskay Cars drivers are licensed private hire drivers. They are insured, and they are checked through the DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service). For chauffeur bookings, drivers dress smartly and keep the car clean and quiet. They will hold the door, load and unload your luggage, and keep conversation to whatever level you prefer. If you would like the radio off, the air conditioning set a certain way, or a quiet journey to sleep after a long flight, just say.
Extra stops and multi-leg journeys
Chauffeur journeys often have more than one stop. You might collect a colleague on the way to the airport, drop a client at a hotel before going on to the office, or visit two sites in a day. You can add stops directly in the booking form, and the price updates straight away. A small charge applies for each additional stop. For a full day with several legs, call us and we will put together a fixed price for the whole itinerary.
Roadshows, conferences and events
For conferences, product launches and company events, we can run several executive cars at once. Delegates can be met at different terminals and taken to the same venue, or shuttled between a hotel and an event over a few days. Larger groups can travel together in the 8-seater minivan or a minibus, with executive saloons for senior guests. Tell us the schedule and number of guests, and we will plan the vehicles.
Return journeys
If you are flying out and back, book both legs together. We will track your return flight and have your chauffeur waiting in arrivals when you land, so the trip home is as easy as the trip out. Return bookings made through the booking form can include a discount on the return leg.
Weddings, events and days out
The executive cars are not only for airports. We take couples and wedding guests to venues across Surrey and Sussex, racegoers to Epsom and Ascot, and visitors on day trips to places such as Windsor, Oxford and the south coast. Tell us where and when, and we will give you a fixed price for the day or for each leg.

Both services include the same flight tracking, meet and greet and fixed fares. The difference is the car and the level of comfort. If you are not sure which to book, the standard saloon is excellent value, and you can upgrade any booking to executive by choosing it in the booking form.
For first-time visitors to the UK, a chauffeur is also a gentle introduction to the country. The driver can point out where things are on the way into London and answer questions about the city.
