What is the difference between the E-Class and V-Class?
The E-Class is a business saloon for up to three passengers with two large cases. The V-Class is an executive people carrier for up to six with six cases.
The E-Class is the usual choice for one or two business travellers. It has a quiet cabin and room to work or rest on the way. The V-Class has individual seats and lots of space, which makes it a good fit for a small leadership team, a family travelling in comfort, or clients with a lot of luggage.

Who books executive cars to Heathrow?
Business travellers, personal assistants booking for directors, companies meeting overseas clients, and private travellers who want a premium car.
Arriving after an overnight flight to meet clients is easier when the car is waiting and the ride is calm. For companies, a named driver meeting a visitor in arrivals gives a better first impression than leaving them to find a taxi. Private customers often book the E-Class for a special trip, an anniversary, or simply because they want more comfort.
How does meet and greet work for executive bookings?
The driver waits in the arrivals hall with a name board, which can show the passenger’s name or a company name.
Tell us when you book how the board should read. The driver tracks the flight, so an early or late landing makes no difference. Once you are through customs, the driver takes your bags and walks you to the car in the short-stay car park.
Can I book for a client or colleague?
Yes. Add the passenger’s name and mobile number to the booking, and your own details as the booker.
We can send the booking details to the passenger as well, so they know who will meet them. The fare is fixed when you book, which helps when the trip is going on an expense claim.
Is the executive service available at night?
Yes. We run 24 hours a day, every day, at the same fixed fares.
Many long-haul flights from the US, Asia and the Middle East land at Heathrow early in the morning. An executive car can be waiting at 5am, so a traveller can go straight to a hotel or meeting.
Can the executive car go on to a meeting or a second stop?
Yes. Add a stop to the booking, for example an office drop before the hotel, and the fixed price updates.
This is useful for travellers who need to drop a colleague in the City before heading to a hotel in Mayfair, or who want to call at the office on the way home from the airport.
How long is the drive from Heathrow to central London in an executive car?
Usually 45 minutes to an hour and 15 minutes, the same as any car. The difference is the comfort, not the speed.
The route follows the M4 and A4 into west London. In the weekday morning peak, allow longer for journeys to the City or Canary Wharf. The driver will choose the best route on the day.
What luggage fits in the E-Class?
Two large cases plus hand luggage. For more bags, choose the V-Class, which takes six large cases.
If you are travelling with a suit carrier, a laptop bag and two cases, the E-Class is fine. For a family or several colleagues with luggage, the V-Class is more comfortable.
Is an executive car worth it compared with a standard taxi?
It costs a little more, about £20 extra from central London, for a more spacious, quieter car.
For a short hop, a standard saloon does the job well. For a long-haul arrival, an important client, or a trip where you want to make calls or rest, many people find the upgrade worth it. The service itself is the same: fixed price, flight tracking and a driver waiting in arrivals.
Are executive fares fixed even in heavy traffic?
Yes. The price is agreed when you book and does not change, however long the journey takes.
That matters on the M4 at rush hour, when a metered car could cost much more than expected. With a fixed fare, the cost on your expense report matches the quote.
Can I book a Heathrow executive car from outside London?
Yes. We run executive cars to Heathrow from across the home counties and further afield.
From Windsor, an E-Class costs £60. From Reading it is £93, from Oxford £113 and from Cambridge £198. Enter any address in the booker for an exact fixed price.
Do executive drivers wait if a meeting runs late?
For pick-ups from an office or hotel, tell us if timings might change, and we will plan for it.
If you think you may be held up, call or message us as early as possible. For flights, the driver tracks the arrival time automatically.
What standard should I expect from the driver?
A licensed, insured driver who is on time, helps with luggage, and drives smoothly and safely.
The driver arrives early for home and hotel pick-ups and keeps in touch if anything changes. In the car, you can make calls, work or rest. If you have any particular requests, such as a quiet ride or a stop for coffee, let us know when you book.
Can I book an executive car for an arrival and a departure?
Yes. Book both journeys together, and the driver tracks your inbound flight for the return.
Visitors to London on a short business trip often book the arrival from Heathrow and the departure back to the airport at the same time. Both prices are fixed when you book.
Do you cover the other London airports in executive cars?
Yes. The E-Class and V-Class are available for Gatwick, Stansted, Luton and London City as well.
For London City, which many business travellers use, see London City Airport executive cars.
