How does the arrivals pick-up work for a group?
The driver waits in the arrivals hall of your terminal with a name board, and stays until the whole group is through.
Give us the flight number and terminal, and the name and mobile number of one person in the group. Groups often come through customs at different times, especially if some are waiting for checked bags. The driver keeps everyone together, then walks the group to the minibus in the short-stay car park.
What if we are on different flights?
Tell us all the flight numbers, and we plan the pick-up around the last arrival.
